Dead?

Well, it seems that since the birth of No Smokers Lounge, Drift Universe has been dead. So at the moment, I am declaring Drift Universe dead. You can post if you want, but there doesn't seem to be anything to do here anymore. The idea of this website was good, a fansite for a game that could've been considerably popular. I guess, Drift City just wasn't good enough. Anyway, we had a good run while we were at it. But this is it, I'll keep everything open, possibly relocate the website to an archive or put it into some project page on my website. If things turn up better, than maybe there's hope, but I don't see hope here. Well, enjoy the other projects and whatnot.
Transfer to a new Host
Sorry for the delay involving all the maintainence on the forum and whatnot. We transferred to a new host. We are no longer under the domain of unh0ly.com. No worries, your user accounts on the forum were transferred too. No problems at all. Thanks to my awesome friend psychiccyberfreak for the awesome hosting and his awesome programming skills.
Xfire Support for Drift City
We are happy to announce that DriftCity is now supported by Xfire. This means that you can talk to all of your Xfire friends whenever you want without any problems.
DriftCity Re-Opening September 5th!
IJJI has announced that they will be re-opening the live service for DriftCity. There will be a new city, new cars, and new tracks. We wish the best luck for DriftCity. More information found here.
Closed Beta is now over
Well, the 7th has just passed by now. Closed beta is over for the moment. I hope everybody had fun. If you don't know, from what we've heard, everything is going to be formatted except your character names (not levels) will be preserved. We'll keep you updated

Getting Everything Set
Well, almost everything on my side is complete. I have worked for awhaile getting everything needed to get the website hosted. We are running our forum on SMF 1.1.3 software until I can afford to buy a copy of vBulletin. The website itself is pretty much set. Thanks to Nixide for generously hosting our website. Also, thanks to my friend y2clay for fixing up my messy html coding. As soon as this website is complete and Operation 100 is finished we will open up Drift Universe for the public to enjoy. I kind of like it, if all goes well, I may be able to get us a domain name sooner or later. That would be pretty good. Well, lets wish this website the best! Invisible counter says:
